Led by Julie Nelson, The Nelson Project is a team of 5 real estate professionals with Keller Williams Realty serving Austin, Texas buyers and sellers. We concentrate on smart real estate smart buying strategies, smart offers, smart pricing and just simply an attentive and intelligent focus on the market, its intricacies, its changes and the evolving real estate needs of our friends and clients. A former business analyst, Julie is in her 9th year in real estate and is consistently a top performer and a faculty member in the largest real estate office in Austin (actually the largest office in the country).
